If a filing or document does not match the information you submitted and approved, or contains a defect introduced by LLC for Humans, we will correct it at no charge, pay any state fee required for the correction, and refund the LLC for Humans service fee for the affected order. This does not guarantee state acceptance, name availability, processing time, or any legal, tax, or business outcome.
Cancel before Secretary of State submission for a full order refund. After submission, ordinary cancellation is unavailable and fees are ordinarily non-refundable. Customer-provided inaccuracies do not trigger this commitment.
